Charlotte O’Connor
Executive Director

Charlotte's responsibilities include strategic leadership, managing our team, governance and stakeholder engagement. She works closely with our Board of Trustees, staff and volunteers, establishing a culture that aligns with our values. 

Marie-Claire Denyer
Co-Founder & Head of Partnerships & Initiatives

Marie-Claire builds STfL’s partnerships and is responsible for strategy and development at STfL and the expansion of new tree planting programmes both in and out of Lewisham, including programmes focusing on schools, community groups and in over-developed areas.

Oli Back
Head of Operations

Oli takes on a lot of the non-project related functions (e.g. finance, communications, data) across the charity as well as running the School Programme in Southwark and Lambeth.

David Low
Head of Residential planting and Tree Care Coordination

David manages STfL’s residential planting programme.  He also oversees care and maintenance, working with STfL’s network of volunteers in regular audits and tree care sessions to ensure that trees are given every chance to survive and thrive in our streets.

Integral to our work are the volunteers who help to get trees planted across Lewisham. Without this dedicated team of tree enthusiasts we would not be able to plant as many trees or engage with communities in meaningful ways.

Trustees
